Job Overview

Ernescliff offers programs designed to help young men in high school develop a clear vision of their future. The summer program includes getting involved in service projects with local and international impact.

 

As the summer program coordinator you will be required to work with the program director to:

  • Manage all applications to each summer program.
  • Prepare and deliver professional development seminars to high school students in grades 8 – 12.
  • Setup and manage the work and other items to be delivered during the service projects in Ontario and abroad.
  • Oversee and ensure that quality and execution of all projects is up to the standard foreseen by the board of directors.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a university student in good standing.
  • Must posses an Ontario driver’s license by May of this year.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Database management a plus.

CESAM is an academic and sports mentoring program that aims at providing boys and girls aged 7 to 13 to succeed in school and develop social skills. During the summer the program has a day camp format, with two sessions:

Session 1: June 25 to July 19

Session 2: July 22 to August 16

Fluency in French is required for applicants.

Tasks description:

  • Oversee the execution and planning of activities
  • Organize and oversee the monitor’s activities
