The mission of CYLI is to organize leadership programs and education for character development for youth.

It also assist other non-profits that do the same by providing the following services:

• Support to develop programs related to CYLI’s mission
• Help to implement programs sponsored by CYLI
• Assistance to recruit staff and volunteers to programs sponsored by CYLI
  
• Training in leadership and communication skills for staff and volunteers
  
• Consulting services for safe environment policies regarding minors and vulnerable groups
